The exhibition Structural Stowaway (September 14 - December 10, 2023) presents artistic positions that, starting from China, address the effects of global entanglements and geopolitical ambitions, both historically and today. Artists Musquiqui Chihying, Geocinema Collective, Peng Ke, Xiaoshi Qin, Hu Wei, Elom 20ce and Gregor Kasper use the power of poetic vision to visualize the interdependencies of political, economic, and cultural relations. From pirate treasures during Colonial times to China's infrastructure projects in Africa, the artists show the stowaways that always travel with these structural networks.

The exhibition is curated by Antonie Angerer (Worldmaking member) and Anna-Viktoria Eschbach.
